By using Roomie, you consent to these terms and agree to receive this agreement and related notices in electronic form. To revoke your consent, discontinue use of the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use Roomie. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and comply with your local laws.
Non-Commercial Use
Roomie is for personal use only. Commercial use, including unsolicited promotions or advertising, is strictly prohibited.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us immediately at support@theroomieapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
User Content
You may not post content that is harmful, misleading, harassing, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable. Roomie reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Permitted Use
Roomie is intended solely for finding roommates or housing. Any other use, including illegal activity or harassment, is prohibited.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in activities such as impersonation, solicitation, spamming, malware distribution, or collecting user data without consent. Roomie reserves the right to investigate and act on violations.
Customer Service
Users must communicate respectfully with Roomie's support team. Abusive behavior may result in account termination.
Service Modifications
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. Roomie is not liable for any resulting loss or inconvenience.
Amendments
Roomie may revise these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
